Malta (domestic) - Delivery terms

Frank Wrap packs are shipped as a registered letter via MaltaPost. We aim to ship within 2-3 working days. If you need your order urgently please contact us with your order number.

A shipping fee of 3€ applies for domestic orders under 40€.

Free shipping is applied on any order valued at 40€ and more.

International - Delivery terms

Frank Wrap packs are shipped as a registered letter via MaltaPost. We aim to ship within 2-3 working days. If you need your order urgently please contact us with your order number.

A shipping fee of 8€ applies for delivery to eligible countries (Zone A1 and A2)* for orders valued under 100€. 

Free shipping is applied on any order valued at 100€ and more.

We will inform you about an estimate date of delivery provided by MaltaPost. Sometimes it may take longer than the aimed date, depending on a number of factors beyond our control.

Returns

We hope that you enjoy using your Frank Wraps, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer.

Please contact us if you would like a replacement or a refund.
